Erin Sills is a 45-time land speed motorcycle record holder, industry spokesperson, and retired Facebook executive. She owns Hunter Sills Racing which races 1000cc BMW motorcycles on the Bonneville Salt. Erin and her team hold more records in the 1000cc class than any other, including the coveted 1000cc Production record at 207 mph, the top naturally aspirated mile record at 238.389 mph, and a top speed to-date of 242mph.
Erin is co-chairwoman of the largest US website for female motorcycle enthusiasts, WomenRidersNow.com, and has been named the American Motorcyclist Association Female Athlete of the Year͟ for her motorcycling accomplishments and the American Marketing Association’s Woman to Watch͟ for her business accomplishments. Erin most recently served as a Global Director of Marketing at Facebook. She and her race team have set two Guinness Book World Records, and Erin a member of the Bonneville 200 MPH Club, the El Mirage 200 MPH Club, the BUB 201 MPH Club, and the Mojave 200 MPH Club.

Kristen wasn’t about to let her husband Wayne (20-year professional off-road racer) have all the fun or success. Her hunger for adrenaline led her behind the wheel of her own Polaris RZR four years ago. Turns out, Kristen has the same competitive drive as her husband and she quickly captured big wins.
Known as the “Iron Woman,” she drives every mile of every race she competes. Kristen has been behind the wheel of her race car for as long as 39 hours. In 2019 she had back-to-back wins at the SCORE San Felipe 250 and earned her first win at the granddaddy of them all, the SCORE Baja 1000. Kristen recently returned from racing at the Dakar Rally in Saudi Arabia.

She then worked at industry giants Schuberth North America and RideNow, before becoming an entrepreneur. Shalmarie Wilson is a certified motorcycle instructor for both on and off road riding. In 2014-15, she lived off her bike for 15 months and rode over 31,000 miles covering much of North America. In that time, she set the original (known) record for the most Backcountry Discovery Routes (BDR) traveled back-to-back with 5 total, they included the AZ, CO, WA, ID, and the NM. Shal was part of the New Mexico Expedition Team for the filming of the NMBDR. Shal manages SheADV.com, where the focus is on supporting, promoting and encouraging women to ride, especially in the backcountry. My goal, as co-founder of the Women’s Motorcyclist Foundation, has always been to promote the growth of women in motorcycling in all its forms. Having helped to host road, track, and off-road venues on behalf of breast cancer research, I am now focused on our DIRTY for GOOD - Dual Sport/Adventure venues, with support from other dual sport/adventure riders, mostly women but with a few good men too!
To accomplish our goals, WMF has merged with SheADV to produce these Riding/Training/Fundraising venues which support female veterans with children through Final Salute, Inc. (https//finalsaluteinc.org)
