Woke up at 6 feeling icky with allergies so went back to sleep until 8 when a cappuccino and an aspirin sorted me right out. Free day in the medieval town of Trevi and the forecast said rain around noon, but I wanted to see Assisi and ride a dirt road Rob Beach told me about that goes up and over the mountain and hits Assisi from the back side.
