The past week I’ve been staying with Andreas, whom I met on the road in western Canada in 2007. He was riding from Argentina to NY, and was the inspiration behind my riding NY to Argentina by myself in 2009-2010. He stayed with me for several weeks and helped me with my business and now it was time for me to help him with his.
He is a specialty coffee roaster (www.BeansofJoy.de), has a coffee shop in Dossenheim and this adorable portable coffee wagon. We drove to a park outside Frankfuer and set up shop at a food festival. I got to practice my German by being cashier all day. 
I was so impressed by the wholesome family nature of this outdoor event. Plus I got to sample local foods and wines from the region. Thanks Andreas for a great day!
